These 3 volumes contain the eight Technical Committee reports, six Specialist Committee and 2 Special Task Committee reports which were presented for the 14th International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC 2000) in Nagasaki, Japan between 2nd and 6th October
2000. Volume III will be published in 2001 and is to contain the discussion of the above subjects.
