Recent Advances in Aminocatalyzed Cascade Reactions addresses the recent advances in asymmetric aminocatalyzed cascade transformations, including both the methodological aspects and the applications in the multi-step synthesis of biorelevant compounds.
The most relevant synthetic methods merging several aminocatalytic activation modes (enamine, iminium, dienamine, trienamine…) are presented.
The authors include selected examples of multi-step synthesis towards biorelevant molecules, incorporated to outline the synthetic potential of aminocatalyzed cascade reactions.
